ANODIZATION
MOUNTING SPOKE WHEELS
We offer a spoke wheel spoking service that restores wheels to perfect condition through various operations and the use of materials officially supplied by Alpina Raggi, a leader in the spoke wheel sector.
The spoking process involves, following the dismantling of all wheel components, the assembly, arrangement and adjustment of the spokes and centring. We are able to perform all types of spoking: radial or tangential spoking, Italian or English spoking and all special spoking such as that of BMW, HONDA and many other motorbike manufacturers.
During the spoking operations it will be possible to replace the wheel bearings and relative oil seals, guaranteeing the use of components from the best manufacturers. We paint the standard spokes in black by means of cataphoresis and we can supply new spoke kits and nipple kits in ergal.
We also point out that, at the same time as wheel spoking, we can modify the finish of the channels and hubs by polishing, anodising and powder coating or cerakote®.

Cerakote® is a specialised coating that can be applied to wood, polymers, metals and plastics, consisting of a polymer-ceramic. The ceramic coating is formulated to stand the test of time: it remains unaffected by any thermal shock, retaining its dense and compact colour. This coating is very complex and requires special machinery and a long preparation process. Thanks to our specialised technicians, we guarantee a perfect finish on each component.VARNISHING

Using machines with rotating brushes, specific abrasive pastes and belts, we can polish, satinise
and smooth all components.
Our experience has led us to be able to brush all kinds of surfaces with obsessive care.

DLC/TIN FORK STEM TREATMENT
The black DLC treatment (Diamond-Like Carbon, ta-C carbon in amorphous form) increases the surface resistance of chrome-plated stems, bringing surface hardness up to 2,000 HV and a very low friction coefficient of up to 0.05 depending on the surface hardness and roughness of the starting component. The treatment is of the CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) type, i.e. chemical deposition of compounds at low temperature, and is applied in a controlled atmosphere and temperature environment. The end result is maximum brilliance combined with a very low friction coefficient, for the exploitation of which it is necessary to use oil seals, dust covers, bushings and, above all, special lubricants. Technology and aesthetics combine for an excellent result!
The gold, blue, green and rainbow-coloured TiN (Titanium Nitride) treatment increases the surface resistance of chrome-plated stems, bringing the surface hardness up to 2,500 HV and a friction coefficient of up to 0.5 depending on the surface hardness and roughness of the starting component. The treatment is of the PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) type, i.e. deposition of the compounds following evaporation, and is applied in a controlled atmosphere and temperature environment. The final result is maximum gloss combined with high resistance to wear and tear. Technology and aesthetics come together for an excellent result!
We also point out that, at the same time as the DLC or TiN treatment, we can overhaul any type of suspension and anodise, powder-coat or Cerakote® all components.

MICRO-PAINTING AND SANDBLASTING
Steel microbead peening is recognised as one of the best treatments for preparing and treating surfaces, even those that require subsequent protective treatment such as painting or anodising;
this results in physically and chemically clean surfaces and improved fatigue resistance of mechanical parts subjected to cyclical loads.
In fact, the microspheres "fired" by compression on the surface of the material, strike the molecules of the surface itself, clean and close the cracks, micro-cavities and nicks due to corrosion, eliminating traces of oxidation even invisible to the naked eye.
Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we can guarantee a completely uniform and aesthetically perfect finish.
